So it’s been another incredibly busy week at The Journeys of C and I hope you all are smashing your goals! If you’re not, that’s fine – just check out my new ‘Roadmap to Success’ Goal Planner, it’ll totally help. Boring stuff aside now, I wanted to share my experience of ordering some incredibly cute and dainty jewellery from The Peach Box. Last week, I had seen a few pretty pictures of the jewellery floating around on social media and thought ‘I’d love to try a piece, they are definitely my thing (I mean, how amazing is dainty jewellery?!) If you haven’t already, check out The Peach Box Instagram page, it is such a pretty feed!
Okay, so let’s dive into my experience with these cute pieces of jewellery and why you should totally order a piece on behalf of the bf for Valentines Day (or just to treat yourself because well, you deserve it!)
Ordering my goodies
From looking at their website, I must say it was a very easy and enjoyable experience. Normally, I would totally shout out if the user experience on a site is crap, but it was easy-peasy. You can browse products by clicking on any of the tabs at the top of the page, these include ‘best sellers, watches, jewellery and collections’. Another cool feature is that you can shop by using a filter called ‘featured’, which means that if you saw a piece of jewellery that you loved on social media, you can find it straight away! This is something I really love because whilst I like shopping, I usually just don’t have the time to spend hours doing it – so this is a complete lifesaver 🙂
What about the actual jewellery, what is it like? I know, this is definitely what you’re thinking. Well, let me tell you ladies – it is incredibly cute! There is an amazing variety for a relatively small business, including pieces from classic dinner watches (Marc Bale – you’ll fall in love once you see them!), to edgy rings (check out the one that I ordered below) and delicate crystal bracelets.
My favourite collections are Timeless Essentials’ and the ‘Roman Empress’, check them out here. I actually ordered two pieces, the ‘Gold Flutter Ring’ (featured above) and the ‘Roman Empress Charm Necklace – Gold’ (I’ve placed a picture of me wearing this below – don’t mind my face, I was always told ‘when in doubt…pout! haha). I had wanted an edgy ring with a kind of ‘heart beat signal’ design forever and I finally found it, which made the flutter ring super desirable for me…plus it is only $36 AUD. Please note that the gold is plated – don’t let this deter you from acquiring some great fashion jewellery though. As for my Empress necklace choice, well I’m a lover for all things Italian (particularly Roman numerals), so it just completely took my heart.
Peach Box Delivery
I had been eagerly anticipating my delivery from The Peach Box for a few days and it had finally arrived! Mind you, the delivery process only took three business days and I didn’t even pay for express shipping! Once my package arrived, I tore open the wrapping to find two beautiful little black boxes with my some storage pouches and my jewellery inside. If you’re anything like me, once you receive a good, you check it for any damage first and then try it on. Needless to say that my jewellery was in good condition and looks wonderful on. I was scared that the necklace might be a bit too long for my neck, but it turned out to be just right – hooray!
If you’re wanting a treat from a loved one or from yourself (why not?! hehehe), I can recommend visiting The Peach Box – you’ll be wanting to order the entire range in no time!
If you have ordered from The Peach Box, I’d love to hear about your experience 🙂
